How will my order ship?
We’ve carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item’s delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
1.1 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
1.1.2 Small size articles: often require less packaging , so it reduce cost of shipping to less. shipping rate will be displayed on the checkout or cart page after selecting destination.
1.1.3 Large size article: To reduce on shipping cost , we often ship products in parts, which require assembly.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
2. Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?
Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs
If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply
1.2 Delivery Information:
1.2.1 Small Parcel
Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.
Deliveries will be completed by UPS,FedEx, DHL. Available shipping options will be noted in your Shopping Cart, but generally include.
1.2.2 Large Parcel
We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS/FedEx/DHL, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight so you can be rest assured that your order is being handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse.
1.2.3 Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We want to save you time, so we offer you the ability to send products to more than one address within one order.
It is easy to send your order to multiple addresses. For each item you add to your Shopping Cart you can select a recipient. You can also change a recipient during Checkout. Simply enter an address for each recipient, or select an address from your Address Book.
You can even change the shipping address of an item after your order has been placed, by logging into My Account.
How it works:
1.Choose a delivery option for your Large Parcel item at checkout
Available delivery methods vary by item; all service options will be displayed in the shopping cart.
2.Your order gets picked up from the warehouse
We’ll send you a Ship Confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.
3.Order is shipped to a Local Delivery Terminal
A Large Parcel carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area.
4.Delivery appointment scheduled
Upon arrival, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
3. International Shipping (Outside India)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. A dispatch confirmation email including your track and trace number will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times for all homeware product are 10 – 15 business days from the time of order. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please email us ( choose general query option) for all furniture and lighting freight enquiries.
Your order will be shipped at your own risk, but special care will be taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well protected before they are packed and shipped.
3.2 Import Duty
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Hari Woods encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Hari Woods at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid minus the manufacturing cost of the goods,the return shipping ( exception) . The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Details of import duty and customs clearing differ by delivery service – please check with your selected delivery service for more details. It is your responsibility to pay these charges before you can receive your delivery.
3.3 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
3.4 Product Restrictions
Regulations prohibit us from sending certain products to certain locations. If you place an order for a product that we cannot deliver to you, we will place a hold on your order and contact you to inform you. Any costs associated with the prohibited products in your order – and any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of you placing the order containing them – will be refunded to you before shipping takes place.
Please note we do not offer exchanges.
4. Domestic Shipping (India only)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery times for all homeware products are 10– 15 business days from the time of order. Slight delays may occur during holiday or sale period. A dispatch confirmation email including a track and trace number will be sent once the order has been dispatched. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout.
Please note we do not offer exchanges.
